Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully. They describe the early-access Agentic Realtor service and do not replace any written agreement that expressly governs your use.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Agentic Realtor, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and use the service only for lawful business purposes. If you use it for a brokerage or other organization, you represent that you can accept these Terms for that organization.
2. The service
Agentic Realtor helps real-estate professionals use Follow Up Boss notes and instructions to prepare proposed follow-ups, tasks, and editable email drafts. The service is an assistance tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. Features may change during early access.
3. Your account and connected services
You are responsible for account security and for all activity through your account. You may connect only Follow Up Boss and Gmail accounts that you are authorized to use. Third-party services, including Follow Up Boss and Google, are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable.
4. Manual email approval and your communications
Agentic Realtor does not automatically send email. You review, may edit, approve, send, and confirm each message. You are the sender of each approved message and are responsible for recipient permissions, disclosures, content, unsubscribe handling, brokerage requirements, and compliance with laws and rules that apply to your communications.
5. AI output
AI-generated follow-ups, summaries, and drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. You must independently review them before relying on or sending them. The service does not provide legal, tax, financial, fair-housing, licensing, MLS, or real-estate advice.
6. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You grant us the limited right to host, process, transmit, and display it only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you. You represent that your use of client and CRM data, and each communication you approve, is lawful and authorized.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not send spam, deceptive, discriminatory, unlawful, or harassing communications.
- Do not bypass required review or attempt to make the service auto-send email.
- Do not connect accounts or provide data you are not authorized to use.
- Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service or its security controls.
- Do not use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law, brokerage policy, or platform rules.
8. Ownership and feedback
We retain all rights in Agentic Realtor, excluding your content. If you provide feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion as described on Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a security, legal, operational, or Terms violation risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Early access, availability, and changes
The service is currently offered in an early-access/pilot phase. It is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or future availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature. If paid plans are introduced, the applicable price and billing terms will be presented before you are charged.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Realtor and its operators disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100.
12. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agentic Realtor and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your connected accounts, your approved communications, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes and contact
