Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Agentic Realtor (“the service”) at agenticrealtor.app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Agentic Realtor is an AI-powered follow-up assistant for real estate professionals. It connects to your Follow Up Boss CRM, analyzes the client notes you keep there for clients you opt in, proposes follow-up actions and reminders, and generates editable email drafts. Emails are sent only from your own connected Gmail account, and only after you review, approve, and confirm each one.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
4. CRM and Gmail integrations
The service connects to third-party accounts you control: Follow Up Boss (via an API key you supply) and Gmail (via Google OAuth, with send-only permission). You represent that you are authorized to connect those accounts and to let the service access the data in them. You can disconnect either integration at any time. Third-party services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs.
5. Manual review and sending responsibility
The service never sends an email without your explicit, per-email approval and confirmation. Because you review, can edit, and must approve every outgoing email, you are the sender: you are responsible for the content of every email you approve and for having the right to contact each recipient.
6. AI-generated content disclaimer
Proposed actions, extracted context, and email drafts are generated by artificial intelligence from your CRM notes. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. It is provided as a starting point for your judgment, not as fact. Always review AI-generated content before acting on it or sending it.
7. No professional advice
The service does not provide legal, financial, tax, or real-estate professional advice. Nothing produced by the service is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
8. Your compliance obligations
You are solely responsible for using the service in compliance with all laws and rules that apply to you, including real estate licensing laws, your brokerage’s policies, MLS rules, marketing and anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM and CASL), privacy laws applicable to your clients’ data, and your clients’ consent to be contacted.
9. Prohibited use
- Sending spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications.
- Connecting CRM or email accounts you are not authorized to use.
- Attempting to bypass the manual review and approval flow.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, or disrupting the service.
- Uploading content that infringes others’ rights or violates law.
10. Subscription and payment
The service is currently offered in an early-access/pilot phase. Paid subscription plans may be introduced later; if they are, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you are charged, and these terms will be updated accordingly.
11. Service availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Realtor and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
13. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5–9 and 11–12) survive.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
