Privacy Policy
This policy describes the current Agentic Realtor product: a real-estate follow-up workspace connected to Follow Up Boss and, if you choose, Gmail.
What this policy covers
Agentic Realtor (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a service for real-estate professionals. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, create an account, connect Follow Up Boss, or connect Gmail.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, authentication data, workspace membership, and support correspondence.
- CRM information: the Follow Up Boss information you authorize us to use, including opted-in contact context, notes, tasks, and follow-up instructions.
- Google account information: basic identity information needed to connect your Gmail account and the send-only authorization token.
- Service records: configuration, connection status, approved actions, generated drafts, security records, and limited operational logs.
Pricing inquiries
If you submit our pricing form, we collect your name, optional company, email address, phone number, number of clients, CRM, email provider, and optional notes. We use these details to respond to your inquiry. The form sends your details through Resend to our team’s inquiry inbox. Please do not include private client data or credentials in the notes.
Gmail access and your choices
We request only openid, email, profile, and gmail.send. We do not read your inbox, message history, Gmail settings, or Gmail signature. We do not send email automatically: every email requires your review, approval, Send action, and confirmation.
Agentic Realtor’s use and transfer of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Google user data is not shared with AI providers.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, connect the integrations you direct us to connect, generate proposed follow-ups and editable drafts, deliver emails you expressly approve, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your CRM data to market to your clients.
AI processing
When you use AI features, relevant CRM notes and the context you configure may be sent to an AI provider to create a proposed follow-up or draft. You decide which clients are opted in. Gmail content is not provided to AI providers. AI output can be incorrect; you remain responsible for review and approval.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed to operate the service: with Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Vercel for application hosting, Google to send an email you approve, Follow Up Boss to operate the CRM connection, and AI providers for the limited CRM-context processing described above. We may also disclose information where required by law or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable law.
Your CRM client information
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority, notice, and consent required to place your clients’ information in Follow Up Boss and to use Agentic Realtor with it. For CRM client data you provide, you determine the purposes of processing and we process it to provide the service and follow your instructions.
Retention, security, and deletion
We keep account and service information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Disconnecting Gmail removes the stored Google token and connection record; disconnecting Follow Up Boss stops that connection. Account deletion removes associated production data, subject to legitimate legal, security, and backup-retention needs. Encrypted backup copies expire under the provider’s rotation schedule.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including TLS in transit, workspace access controls, and encryption for stored integration credentials. No system can promise absolute security.
Your privacy choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@agenticrealtor.app. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where law permits or requires. You may also revoke Google access directly in your Google Account permissions. See Data Deletion for step-by-step instructions.
State and international privacy rights
Where applicable privacy law gives you additional rights, we will honor those rights as required. This includes rights to know, access, correct, delete, or appeal a privacy decision where applicable. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be processed in locations where our service providers operate.
Children and policy changes
The service is for business use and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service changes; the updated date above will show when the policy changed.
