What does Agentic Realtor do?
It reads the notes you keep in Follow Up Boss, helps organize follow-up tasks, and prepares personalized email drafts. You can also ask the embedded assistant about a contact.
Do I need to leave Follow Up Boss?
Your contact-specific assistant, setup form and actions live inside Follow Up Boss. Use the Agentic Realtor workspace to connect accounts, review AI Actions and manage your account.
Will AI send emails automatically?
No. Email sending requires an explicit action from you. You can review and edit the draft before sending through a connected Gmail account.
Can it read my Gmail inbox?
No. The Gmail connection requests send-only permission plus basic account identity. It does not read your inbox, email history or Gmail settings.
Which clients does the agent work with?
Clients you opt into AI management through the Setup form in Follow Up Boss. Their follow-up instructions guide the agent. You can update those instructions or opt a client out.
When does the agent run?
The scheduled agent run is nightly at 02:00 UTC. You can also run it from the AI Agent page. Follow-up tasks can be created or replaced automatically; emails remain manual.
