Disconnect Gmail
- Sign in and open Settings → Email connection.
- Select Disconnect Gmail.
This removes the stored Google OAuth token and Gmail connection record from Agentic Realtor and stops future sending through that connection. You can also revoke access directly in your Google Account permissions; the token stops working after revocation.
Disconnect Follow Up Boss
Sign in and open Settings → Follow Up Boss, then disconnect the CRM. This stops new CRM access in Agentic Realtor. It does not delete or alter information in your own Follow Up Boss account.
Request account deletion
Send a request to support@agenticrealtor.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask to verify the request before deletion. We process verified requests within the time required by applicable law and will confirm once the request is complete.
What deletion covers
- Your Agentic Realtor account and profile information.
- Stored integration credentials and connection records.
- Synced CRM copies held by Agentic Realtor, opted-in client context, AI-generated context, proposed actions, and drafts.
- Service records that are not required to be retained for security, legal, or compliance reasons.
What deletion does not cover
Deletion applies to Agentic Realtor systems. It does not delete data in your Follow Up Boss or Gmail accounts, including emails already sent from your Gmail Sent folder. Residual encrypted backup copies are removed through the provider’s normal backup rotation process.
