How to disconnect integrations and delete your data.

Disconnect Gmail inside Agentic Realtor

1. Sign in and open Settings → Email connection.
2. Click Disconnect Gmail.

Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored Google OAuth tokens and the connection record from our database, and asks Google to revoke our access (best-effort — see the next section for revoking directly with Google).

Revoke access from your Google Account

You can revoke Agentic Realtor’s access at any time, without signing in to Agentic Realtor, from your Google Account permissions page: myaccount.google.com/permissions. Find “Agentic Realtor” in the list and remove its access. Our stored tokens stop working immediately after revocation.

Request deletion of your account and data

Email momoalma2002@gmail.com from the address associated with your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request and delete your account and associated data, normally within 30 days.

What deletion covers

• Your account and profile details.
• Encrypted Google OAuth tokens and the Gmail connection record.
• Your encrypted Follow Up Boss API key and connection record.
• Synced copies of your CRM data (contacts, notes, tasks) held by Agentic Realtor.
• AI-generated context, proposed actions, email drafts, and audit history.

Deletion applies to Agentic Realtor’s systems. It does not delete anything in your own Follow Up Boss account or your own Gmail account (including emails already sent from your Gmail — those remain in your Sent folder under your control). Residual copies in encrypted backups expire on the backup provider’s rotation schedule.
